The Heart of the Earth

When Quinn Cerra, the staff GeoArcheologist for the Woodhouse International Science Foundation goes on vacation to Rio de Janeiro, she thinks it's going to be just another boring two weeks of sitting on the beach and people-watching. But when she goes to a café and is approached by a strange man who seems to know a lot about her, a series of strange and even life threatening events are set in motion that is anything but boring. She is invited to go on an expedition to a mysterious village that ties in with her research into the prehistoric colonizing of the Americas. But when she gets there she learns that the villagers have been waiting for her for a very long time and that she has to finish a quest that was started thousands of years earlier. She learns that the fate of the entire planet lies in the success or failure of this quest. The only problem is that a man who has caused nothing but trouble for her since she first met him will stop at nothing to beat her to the prize and claim it for himself. Quinn must pass through a series of mind altering dreams and brave the depths of an ancient Cenote. She must face wild animals and hostile tribes in the midst of a landscape that tries to kill her at every turn and in the end she must make a choice. Will she choose to save the man she loves or choose to save the world? Or is it possible to do both?

I loved the journey they went on together

By Amazon Customer on February 8, 2016

I loved the journey they went on together and how the past and present coalesced into the final act. I thought the spiritual journey of the Heart of the Earth was beautifully written. Can't wait to read more of this author's work.

Two hearts, one destiny and the fate of the world hangs in the balance. If you like romance and adventure then you will like this edge of your seat thriller set in a primeval world of supernatural occurrences. Dare to enter the Amazon Rain-forest, where you will face the unthinkable and the unbelievable as well as high stakes intrigue and murder for hire.

Tomb of the Wildman

The Heart of the Earth had been found and things have settled down for Quinn and Jack.  The trouble is that things are too settled down and they don’t like it.  Then six years later an artifact has been found off of the island of Malta that is directly related to the mysterious language they discovered in the Amazon.  Then strange things begin to happen.  Jack suffers a seizure at his 42nd birthday party while at the same time someone tries to kidnap their daughter Lilly.

Finally, after they are approached by a young woman and told about the artifact, they set out on a new quest to discover who the Traveler really was and that quest will ultimately lead them across the ocean to a mysterious island, one that has only been glimpsed by human eyes a handful of times throughout history.  There they will find the Tomb of the Wildman.  There, Quinn will discover something about Jack that will change both of their lives forever.  Lilly tells them what she learned from the Traveler in a dream.  Jack activates the disc of memories and finds that it is linked to the three brothers and that they must use it to find them and unlock the Gateway to Eden.

Gateway to Eden

The headlines all say the same thing; famed explorer and philanthropist Jackson Williams was dead, killed in an accident so brutal that not even his remains could be found. Quinn thinks she knows the truth; Jack is still alive. The message in the antique bottle, apparently sent by Jack himself through the depths of time confirms her theory. Even though she knows that time travel isn’t possible she can’t help but hope that the Great Mother has intervened somehow. In the meantime, Lilly remains in a coma and the doctors have no explanation for it, she is otherwise in perfect health. Lucy and Codey, with the help of INTERPOL, are busy searching for the Guardians of Eden with the Darkness in pursuit. The Watchers decide to make a public appearance and make a deal with Quinn in hopes of defeating the Darkness. The question remains, will they be able to find the Guardians in time and open the Gateway to Eden before it’s too late? It all hinges on the actions of a dog, a horse, and a little girl.
